Interpreting the Qur'an to the Qur'an is clarifying the verses of the Qur'an by considering other verses. Tafsir Adwa Al-Bayan authored by Mohammad Amin Shenqaiti and Tafsir Tasnim authored by Ayatollah Javadi Amoli are among the commentaries that use this method to explain the verses of the Quran. Although the laudable efforts of both commentaries to explain the various dimensions of the verses by using other verses is valuable; But they have many differences that make comparison and evaluation between the two necessary. This article, which is written with a descriptive and analytical method, after a brief introduction of both, has compared both interpretations from various aspects, such as: the validity of interpreting the Qur'an to the Qur'an, the criteria for interpreting the Qur'an to the Qur'an, the amount of citing other verses and the quality of use. From other verses in the interpretation of the Qur'an in some verses. The interpretation of Adwa al-Bayan, while a valuable effort in interpreting the Qur'an to the Qur'an, compared to the Tasnim interpretation in terms of quantity and quality, has many weaknesses and is very far from the Tasnim.
